Wards Photo Booths Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 29th July 2025 through October 31, 2026. - Eligibility
To enter the giveaway, customers must:
- Book a photo booth rental with Wards Photo Booths for an event scheduled within the calendar year 2026.
- Confirm the booking and pay the required deposit within the promotion period.
- Bookings for events outside 2026 are not eligible.
- Entry
Each qualifying booking made and deposit paid during the promotion period automatically enters the customer into the giveaway. - Entry Number: The customer’s invoice number for the booking will serve as their unique entry number for the giveaway. No additional action is required to enter.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random draw among all eligible entries using the invoice numbers as entry identifiers. The draw will be conducted on January 3, 2027. - Prize
The prize consists of a full reimbursement of the photo booth hire cost paid by the winning customer. This may be issued as a refund or store credit at the discretion of Wards Photo Booths. - Conditions
- Bookings that are canceled or rescheduled to event dates outside the 2026 calendar year will be disqualified.
- The event must be completed by the winning customer to claim the prize.
- The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date via the contact details provided at booking.
- Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to the potential use of their name and event details for promotional purposes. Consent to publicity will be obtained before any public announcement. - General
Wards Photo Booths reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws. - Contact
