Historic Ironbridge hotels, country houses and modern hotel suites all have different layouts and turnaround times. Our booths are compact: the Retro Wooden Pod needs about 2m x 2m, and the LED Magic Mirror with red carpet about 2.5m x 2.5m.
Setup takes around 45 to 60 minutes, and we arrive ahead of your start time so we don’t disrupt your meal, speeches or room reset. Tell us about stairs, lifts or tight access and we’ll plan around it.

Telford sits right on that boundary (Newport is about 20.1 miles away, Wellington 21.1 and Ironbridge 21.8), so even Ironbridge adds only about £2.30. We’ll show the exact figure in your proposal before you commit.

Send us your date and venue. Mark checks availability and sends a personal proposal, which you can amend. When you’re happy, a £50 deposit secures your date, and the balance is due 14 days before your wedding.
Wedding timelines flex, and we know it. We coordinate with your venue manager and arrive ahead of your start time, so your hire begins when your evening party is ready.
Yes. We send our PAT certification and £10M public liability insurance documents to your venue team ahead of time.
The Retro Wooden Pod needs about 2m x 2m, and the Magic Mirror with red carpet about 2.5m x 2.5m. Both fit easily into most function rooms, and we’ll advise if your room is tight.
Every package includes an attendant, either Mark or James. If one of them can’t make it, our backup attendant Duane, who has worked with us for two years, steps in.
