1. Are you fully insured and is your equipment PAT tested?

Absolutely. We hold full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. We can provide copies of our certificates and a Risk Assessment (RAMS) for your venue's health and safety team upon request.

 

2. Can we add our company branding to the photos?

Yes! Our "Luxe" corporate service includes custom-designed digital overlays. We can incorporate your company logo, event hashtags, and brand colors onto every print and digital share to ensure maximum brand exposure.

 

3. Do you offer data capture for marketing purposes?

We do. We can configure our booths to collect guest emails or social media handles (with GDPR-compliant opt-ins). This is a fantastic way to turn event engagement into a measurable marketing asset for your business.

 

4. How early do you arrive for setup?

For corporate events, we typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the "active" start time to ensure everything is perfect. If you require the booth to be set up earlier in the day (Idle Time) to avoid disruption during a conference or dinner, we can easily arrange that.

 

5. Is a member of staff present during the event?

Yes, every Keepsake Collection booking includes a professional, well-presented booth attendant. They handle the logistics, assist your guests, and ensure the technology runs smoothly so you can focus on hosting your event.

 

 

6. What areas do you cover?

We are based in Wolverhampton and primarily serve the West Midlands, but we are happy to travel across the UK for multi-day corporate roadshows and large-scale activations.
