You don't need to worry about a thing. We manage all city-centre logistics, including charges and parking arrangements, so there are no surprise bills for you on the day.
We offer free travel to all venues within a 25-mile radius of our Wolverhampton base. This covers the vast majority of Birmingham, including the city centre and the NEC. For venues slightly further afield, we charge a small, transparent travel fee—just provide your postcode for a precise quote.
Absolutely! We welcome bookings for Birmingham’s major event hubs like the NEC, ICC, and Vox. For venues with complex logistics, our team performs a 'Logistics Audit'—contacting the venue's events manager directly to coordinate loading times and security passes to ensure a seamless setup.
We can cater to upper-floor venues provided there is working lift access available. Because our luxury booths (like the Magic Mirror and Classic Oval) are premium, professional-grade equipment, we cannot safely transport them via stairs. Please let us know of any access restrictions when booking.
Yes. Every hire includes a professional and friendly "Booth Butler." They handle the setup, assist your guests with props, ensure the prints look perfect, and help manage your guest book throughout the night so you can relax and enjoy your event.
To give you the best experience, we require a flat 3m x 3m area and access to a standard 13amp power socket within 5 meters of the booth. We handle the rest, including all setup and pack-down outside of your active hire time!
You can choose from any of our 5 premium options: the Classic Walk-In Oval Booth, the Open Vintage Tripod Booth, the Retro Booth, or our two interactive Magic Mirrors (available in modern or rustic wood frames). All booths are the same price—just pick the one that fits your venue's style!
